In the Spring of 2023, the Board of Directors and key members embarked on a strategic planning process to help inform current and future services.

A full work plan was developed, including goals, action items, timelines, and intended outcomes, which is serving as an internal document to be utilized by the Board of Directors to guide future activities and track progress.
